Kickboxing is a modern contact fighting sport created on the basis of many traditional combat sports and martial arts. Kickboxing is a unique Western response to many Eastern martial arts. It can be practiced on competitive or recreational level depending on the aspirations of the kickboxer, but for sure it is a sport designed to improve your overall health, strength and endurance.

Our Kickboxing classes are a fun, energetic and based on the dynamic sparring movements. Participants will learn correct boxing technique, lots of explosive kicks as well as improving their flexibility and fitness levels. Background music will help to motivate the participants, pushing themselves through the many methods of training including skipping, pad work, footwork drills and shadow sparring. Classes are ideal for men and women beginners or those with no experience in Martial Arts as well as those with more experience, challenge yourself and come along for a fun session and great workout!
Our primary focus revolves around promoting fitness, well-being, and the enjoyment of combat arts. Whilst most of our students train for fitness and fun, we recognize and support the aspirations of those who wish to step into the competitive arena. Normal gym attire or contact pants can be worn (a bottle of water and towel is advised), participants are encouraged to bring their own gloves for hygiene reasons.
